A. The man’s boutique offers buyers, care products for men’s hair and additional products for hair stylists.

B. All products sold on The man’s boutique website are offered to the client for purchase at the above price.

Each promotion is valid for the duration of its validity which will be determined by the website and the offer to purchase the product in accordance with the terms of each promotion is open to the client during the specified period only.

Cancelling a transaction:

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (cancellation of a transaction), 2010-5771 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-1981.

A. The person making the order may cancel the purchase transaction in writing to the company by sending an email to info@themansboutique.com.

B. In any case of canceling a transaction after the product has already been shipped, the buyer must return the product at his own expense in its original packaging, complete, without injury, damage, defect or spoilage of any kind and type to the store from which he purchased it.

C. In the case of returning a product that has been damaged and/or has broken down and/or suffered any damage and/or its packaging has been damaged, the company is subject to the right to claim damages for this.

D. It will be emphasized and clarified, in case of cancellation of a transaction, the duty of returning the offered item to the store applies to the buyer. Except, if the cancellation was due to a defect in the product or due to its non-compliance with the details presented about it on the website.

E. The company will honor a transaction cancellation of an order up to 24 hours from the date of its order on the website.

F. A refund will be given after deducting 10% (handling fee) of the value of the goods and/or service or $50 whichever is lower, according to the cancellation fee instruction according to the regulations.
