Refund Policy
A. The company will arrange to deliver any product purchased by the user on the website (plus the shipping fees detailed on the website), to the address provided by the user during their transaction.
B. The delivery of the product will be made in accordance with the delivery conditions stated on the sales page of the products.
C. The company is obligated to supply only a product that has been paid for in full by credit card.
D. In the areas with limited access due to a security point, the company may make the product available to the user at an acceptable nearby location, which will be coordinated with them in advance.
E. The number of days for the delivery of the product will be counted from the day of receiving approval for the transaction from the buyer’s credit company. The delivery time is calculated according to business days;
Sunday – Thursday and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and holiday evenings.
F. When delivering the product, the company may require the presence of the credit card holder and/or the presentation of the credit card holder’s identity card and/or the credit card holder’s signature as a condition in order to deliver the product.
Cancelling a transaction:
A. The customer may cancel the purchase transaction in writing to the company by sending an email to info@themansboutique.com.
B. In any case of canceling a transaction after the product has already been shipped, the buyer must return the product at his own expense in its original packaging, complete, without damage, defect or spoilage of any kind, to the store from which it was purchased.
C. In the case of returning a product that has been damaged and/or broken and/or suffered any damage and/or its packaging has been damaged, the company is subject to the right to claim damages for this.
D. It will be emphasized and clarified, in case of cancellation of a transaction, it is the duty of the client to return the purchased item to the store. Unless, if the cancellation was due to a defect in the product or due to its non-compliance with the details presented about it on the website.
E. The company will honor a transaction cancellation of an order up to 24 hours from the date of its order on the website.
F. A refund will be given after deducting 5% (handling fee) of the value of the goods and/or service or NIS 100 whichever is lower, according to the cancellation fee provision and according to the regulations.
